Larry serves as Principal of The Benaroya Company which owns Centeris. More than 40 years as a respected leader in the Pacific Northwest real estate industry establishes his gravitas as both strategic planner and overseer of daily management.
Dave's three decades of experience in property and construction management align with Centeris's owner/management philosophy.
Jim contributes expertise and leadership to all aspects of data center management; over 30 years as data center manager for the University of Washington and the Washington State Department of Information Services.
Isaac has extensive experience with critical HVAC and electrical power systems control and integration in data centers and beyond. Prior to joining the Centeris team, Isaac spent 14+ years supporting buildings in a variety of industries as a controls technician, engineer, and programmer while working at various building automation and energy management companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering and leads the systems team at Centeris.
Zach brings over 15 years of expertise in data center operations and maintaining critical infrastructure. With a background operating nuclear power plants for the U.S. Navy and a degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology, Zach is known for his precision, reliability, and leadership in high-stakes environments. His previous experience includes leading critical facilities teams for large-scale data center operations and commissioning complex infrastructure to ensure operational excellence and near-perfect uptime through rigorous QAQC and integrated system testing.
The operations team at Centeris consists of an integrated group of highly experienced engineers and technicians. The measure of what they bring to our Puyallup campus spans their deep experience in the technology industry and the experiences earned by serving our country in various branches of the military.
